The LXZ‑10 features a unique upper and lower double‑layer split structure. It separates physical pre‑filtration from biochemical cultivation to keep your pond water consistently crystal clear.

Upper Layer: Track‑type Rotary Drum Structure Unlike conventional cylindrical drum filters, our widened track filter belt provides a larger water contact area. Solid waste such as fish manure, leftover feed and fallen leaves is trapped on the filter belt surface, effectively solving the clogging problems common to standard rotary drums. Built‑in timed high‑pressure nozzles automatically flush the filter belt at set intervals, washing away contaminants and discharging waste via the drain pipe. No manual cleaning is needed.

Lower Layer: Three Biochemical Filter Chambers The lower compartment contains three separate functional zones: brush filtration chamber, bacteria‑gourd media chamber and sulphurisation chamber, forming a complete multi‑stage water purification system.

• Brush Filtration Chamber: Catches fine suspended particles and supports basic nitrifying bacteria.
• Bacteria‑gourd Media Chamber: High‑specific‑surface carrier for mass nitrifying bacteria reproduction, decomposing toxic ammonia and nitrite.
• Sulphurisation Chamber: Cultivates denitrifying bacteria to remove nitrates and suppress algae growth long‑term.

All filter media come with dedicated flushing pipelines. Sludge washed from the media drains automatically, so you never need to remove and scrub filter materials manually.
